Alex O’Leary is a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial team at Bishop & Sewell, having joined the firm in January 2026.
He advises on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including:
- M&A transactions
- Investment rounds
- Exits to private equity
- Joint venture arrangements
- EMI and growth share arrangements
- General company and commercial advice
Alex acts for SMEs, acquisition entrepreneurs, search funds (both traditional and self-funded), founders, and management teams. He is sector-agnostic and has advised clients across a broad range of industries, including IT, logistics, manufacturing, healthcare, life sciences, and real estate.
Alex graduated from the University of Brighton before training and qualifying at a boutique corporate firm in the West End. Prior to joining Bishop & Sewell, he was a Partner in the Corporate team at a top-60 City law firm.
