As we continue to grow our business we are particularly keen to hear from senior fee earners with a following who are looking for an excellent platform from which to service their existing client needs, or who may want the opportunity to refer or work synergistically with a dynamic Central London law firm.

We are able to offer flexible working arrangements and remote working technology for the right people. This opportunity may particularly suit a more senior fee earner looking to wind down a practice or to hand work on in a mutually beneficial way, or those who want to work part-time. We offer a commission on work introduced and we have an excellent office environment and support team. We are particularly keen to hear from fee earners with a commercial or property following but will consider applications from any work area that fits with our overall business objectives.

Private Client Solicitor (Associate)

Bishop & Sewell incorporating Monro Wright & Wasbrough is a commercial law firm based in central London.

The firm is looking for an Associate Solicitor to join its Private Client team.

As part of the team you will work with high net worth clients, helping these clients with their long term estate planning and other private client matters including elderly client matters, administration of estates including cross-border estates and the drafting of Wills and trust deeds.

A minimum of 5 PQE is required for this position and ideally you will be a Full Step Member with a good working knowledge of Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax and Stamp Duty Land Tax..  Given the calibre of both work and clients you will need to be working in a recognised private client practice already.

Residential Property Solicitor (Associate)

Bishop & Sewell LLP incorporating Monro Wright and Wasbrough is a commercial law firm based in Central London.  We are looking to recruit a 4-6 year PQE associate solicitor, with a following, to join our Residential Property team.  This is a great opportunity to join a team who act for high net worth clients.

The successful applicant will have a proven track record in this area.  Along with excellent academic qualifications, expert knowledge of UK property law is essential.  The successful candidate will be expected to take a full role in the growth and development of this area of the practice including a commitment to business development and marketing this sector of the firm’s service offering demonstrating they have the ability to build relationships with existing work referrers and potential new clients.

Residential Property Paralegal

Bishop & Sewell incorporating Monro Wright and Wasbrough is a commercial law firm based in Central London.  We are looking to recruit a paralegal to assist in the Residential Property team.

The position requires someone who has property paralegal experience.  The post will involve providing administrative support for the team covering a wide range of property conveyancing from general advice on leases, preparing SDLT and HM Land Registry applications and post completion work.  Applicants must have excellent written and spoken English, good typing skills and be generally IT literate.

Tax & Trust Administrator

Bishop & Sewell incorporating Monro Wright & Wasbrough is a commercial law firm based in central London.

The firm is looking for a Tax & Trust Administrator to join its Private Client team.

You will assist with completion of Personal and Trust Tax returns and also IHT accounts.  You will maintain and prepare Trust Accounts, administer basic Estates and draft basic Trust documents including Resolutions, Minutes and Deeds of Appointment.

The role will suit someone with proven experience within Tax Trust work or who has an ATT qualification or an interest in studying for one.
