Maternity Leave
We offer enhanced maternity pay after the first 6 weeks of SMP of 6 weeks’ pay at 90% and 12 weeks’ pay at 50% for those who meet the eligible criteria.
Assisted conception support is offered with paid time off (up to 3 days per cycle) under our Fertility Policy for those undergoing treatment.
Holiday | Long Service
We offer 25 days’ annual leave (plus bank holidays) with extra days awarded after three, five and ten years of service.
Colleagues who achieve 20 years’ service with us are recognised with a £1,000 voucher.

We’re a very social firm with social events arranged on a regular basis. There is a firm-wide social every month, where everyone is invited for drinks, and a firm-wide annual party takes place every September at lovely, local venues.

We are able to offer flexible working arrangements and remote working technology for the right people. This opportunity may particularly suit a more senior fee earner looking to wind down a practice or to hand work on in a mutually beneficial way, or those who want to work part-time. We offer a commission on work introduced and we have an excellent office environment and support team. We are particularly keen to hear from fee earners with a commercial or property following but will consider applications from any work area that fits with our overall business objectives.
