Tatsiana is a Trainee Solicitor in our Commercial Property team

Tatsiana Rudzko originally joined the firm in January 2016 as a Paralegal in the Dispute Resolution Department where she dealt with a range of Landlord & Tenant litigation, which included service charge disputes, enforcement of county court judgments, forfeiture proceedings, possession of residential and commercial property claims and acquisition orders.

Tatsiana became a Trainee in April 2018 and is currently completing her final seat in Commercial Property. Prior to this, she completed seats in Residential Property, Landlord & Tenant and Corporate & Commercial.

Tatsiana also has expertise in insolvency particularly in bankruptcy and winding up proceedings in the High Court and County Courts acting for petitioners and debtor companies.

She had previous experience as a Landlord & Tenant paralegal within another London firm of solicitors in which she gained experience in dealing with statutory and non-statutory lease extensions acting for both landlords and tenants, and setting up Right to Manage Companies.
