Sofia Maxwell

Sofia is an Associate Solicitor in the Family & Divorce team

Sofia has experience in all areas of family law, particularly cases with complex financial issues. A significant number of the cases she assists with involve trusts and corporate structures.

Sofia also has experience in children matters, including living arrangements and relocation cases.

She has represented clients from a diverse range of backgrounds. She is approachable, pragmatic and committed to resolving disputes constructively.

Prior to joining Bishop & Sewell, Sofia gained experience at a large London family law department, before completing her training contract at a niche family law firm, where she qualified in November 2019.

Sofia speaks fluent English and Greek. She is also a member of Resolution.
