Our expert divorce lawyers provide constructive and pragmatic advice in a supportive way and, with our straightforward legal advice, we aim to keep any animosity to a minimum.

We advise on divorce and separation, as well as handling issues involving children. For people getting married or who are moving in together, we prepare prenuptial and cohabitation agreements.

We are highly experienced in negotiating financial claims on divorce (including pensions and business assets), including complex and high net worth cases.

Wherever possible, we seek to resolve cases outside of the Court process, but if Court is unavoidable, we will act robustly in your best interests.

Many of our cases have international elements and we are able to call on our extensive network of specialist family lawyers across the globe.

All of our team members are dedicated divorce lawyers, but many cases stray outside of the confines of divorce and family law. Our family lawyers are able to call on help from other teams within our firm, be it for private client and tax advice, property assistance or support from our company commercial, employment or immigration teams.

Our Divorce lawyers, who have rankings in the Legal 500 for their expertise, have the knowledge and experience to guide you through all aspects of private divorce and family law cases in England and Wales.

All individuals in the department are members of Resolution. Members of the team hold Law Society Advanced Family Law and Specialist Resolution accreditation, as well as fellowship of the International Academy of Family Lawyers

Whatever the issue, we are confident of a positive solution for you and your family.
