Hamish McNair joined Bishop & Sewell after running his own law practice in Fulham for 35 years.
In advising his clients, Hamish is able to draw on his substantial experience (contentious and non-contentious) in Wills, Trusts, Probate and Property law, as well as on his extensive work, both in the City and in New York City, in Copyright and Trade Mark matters. Approachable, attentive and thorough, Hamish works to achieve the best and most practical results for his clients.
Hamish’s professional involvement has included many years serving on the Law Society’s Council Membership Committee, and on its Conduct Committee. He has also served as Chairman and as Treasurer of the Sole Practitioners’ Group and for a long time headed a small liaison group, meeting regularly with the SRA.
