Ben Williamson

Ben is an Associate Solicitor and specialises in Private Client work. He has experience in a wide range of Private Client matters.

Ben studied and trained in South Yorkshire before moving to London where he has gained experience in both regional and Central London law firms. Ben joined Bishop & Sewell from a top 60 Central London firm.

Ben advises a broad range of clients ranging from individuals to business owners. He advises both domestic and international clients across a broad range of areas including tax and succession planning, Wills, Estates and trusts.

Ben also has experience with Powers of Attorney and applications to the Court of Protection.

Ben has recently qualified as a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (“STEP”), a worldwide professional association for practitioners dealing with family inheritance and succession planning. Full STEP members, known as TEPs, are internationally recognised as experts in their field, with proven qualifications and experience.
