Chris Macartney, Partner and joint Head of the Landlord and Tenant team was joined by Mark Chick, Senior Partner and Head of the Landlord and Tenant team on Tuesday 28th September, and discussed a range of issues that arise, in practice, when owners of flats and leasehold houses are faced with an absent landlord.

- Ground rents and re-mortgaging
- Lease extensions and freehold acquisitions
- Alterations or improvements that may be required under their lease
