Mark Chick, Senior Partner recently participated in a Leasehold Roadshow and shared advice in an online masterclass which looked at challenging Service Charges. He is a director and a founder committee member of the Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners (ALEP) the sector body to which all reputable valuers and solicitors working in the field of Leasehold Reform now belong. Mark is recognised as a leading UK authority in Leasehold Reform and heads the firm’s practice group in this area.

The events were hosted by Leasehold Solutions as part of their Leasehold Roadshow events for leaseholders.

Mark Chick was joined by Mark Loveday, a Barrister at Tanfield Chambers, for the masterclass on service charges – the biggest area of malcontent in leasehold. Together with Louie Burns, they looked at legal rights, tribunals and resolution.
