Mark Chick is speaking at the PSG Conference in London today providing a Leasehold Update and looking particularly at the Government’s recent consultation paper ‘Tackling Unfair Practices in the Leasehold Market’.
Mark has been involved in the consultation and has commented on this to the DCLG.
The talk is high topical given the recent focus on leasehold and today’s proposed Private Members Bill by Justin Madders MP.
