Members of the Bishop & Sewell Landlord & Tenant and Property Litigation teams attended the Annual ALEP Conference (Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners) on Monday 10th October 2016.
Mark Chick led a discussion group following a presentation by Gary Murphy of auctioneers Allsop on valuation issues and rights arising under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987. Gary shared some valuable insights based on research and practical experience and has written an article that will appear in the Estates Gazette shortly.
The discussions arising at the annual ALEP conference from the session will form the basis of an ALEP working paper on the topic and if any practitioners would like to get in contact to discuss further they should by all means do so.
