Gabrielle is a Paralegal in the Private Client team
Gabrielle joined Bishop & Sewell in November 2022, after returning from Bermuda, where she completed her pupillage at an international law firm. She completed seats in Private Client, Litigation and Property, after which she was called to the Bermuda Bar. Amongst other things, she also worked in the BPP Legal Advice Clinic for Housing when completing her LPC.
Gabrielle is bilingual in English and French.
Gabrielle has taken part in a lot of volunteer work with Refugees both abroad and in the UK.
Gabrielle received a 2:1 from the University of Southampton in Law, with an Erasmus year abroad in Lyon at Université Lumière Lyon II, studying French law. She then went on to complete her LPC, receiving a distinction, at BPP University.
My alternative career choice: If I had not pursued a career in law, I would have become a psychologist. I studied psychology at A level and have kept up with it ever since. I believe that attempting to understand the way our brains work is essential to the understanding of our actions. This is of great importance in the law too.
