A seminar hosted by employment law experts from legal firm Bishop & Sewell, will help business owners and HR professionals to provide a non-discriminatory workplace and deliver best practice initiatives.
The online webinar ‘Discrimination in the workplace’ will take place on Wednesday 24 May 2023 from 9:30am – 10:30am, and is free to attend.
Delivered by Rhian Radia, Partner and Head of the Employment team, and Solicitor Marianne Johnson, the webinar will look at the rights of employees as well as the obligations of employers.
Aimed at HR professionals, business owners and directors, the webinar will delve into UK discrimination law, exploring what issues arise and importantly, what employers should be doing. A wide range of topics will be covered including promoting inclusive policies, raising awareness of discrimination, providing diversity training, implementing fair recruitment and selection processes, and creating a supportive and inclusive work environment.
