We are delighted to announce the appointment of Rhian Radia as a Partner & Head of Employment.
Rhian Radia is a UK qualified Solicitor with 19 years of experience in Employment law. She has a City background and has acted for employers and senior employees from a range of industry sectors including financial services, healthcare and media. Rhian has been ranked in Legal 500 having started her own employment team at a London firm before joining Bishop & Sewell.
Rhian regularly advises clients on claims brought in the Employment Tribunal for discrimination and unfair dismissal, in particular claims for sex discrimination/equal pay and pregnancy/maternity discrimination. She also advises on disciplinary and grievance matters, settlement agreements, redundancies, executive severances and drafting and reviewing employment contracts and policies.
In her new role at Bishop & Sewell, Rhian will build a team of specialist employment lawyers and help to raise the profile of this key practice area for the firm. Rhian brings with her a loyal following of contacts along with an excellent track record of business development and strong client relationships. Rhian is committed to understanding the needs of her clients who value her pragmatic and commercial outlook on employment issues.
