Sarah has over 30 years’ experience as a solicitor, having spent 20 years in medical litigation and over 12 years in private client.
Sarah joined Bishop & Sewell following the merger with Monro Wright & Wasbrough on 1st February 2021.
Sarah graduated in Law at Birmingham University in 1976, obtained an MA in Medical Ethics and Law at Kings College in 1992/3 and a BSc in Business with Trusts and Estates at Manchester University in 2013.
Sarah joined Wright Son & Pepper in 2007, having previously set up her own firm, to take over the probate, estates and Wills section and became a partner of the merged firm of Monro Wright & Wasbrough in 2014.
Sarah has a varied case load and acts for a broad range of clients at all stages of life. Her work includes probate and estate administration of varying complexity and value, estate planning and Will drafting, LPAs and trusts. Sarah’s litigation background has led to a specialisation in handling matters involving family conflict and disputed Wills and estates. Sarah advises in relation to Court of Protection cases and Lasting Powers of Attorney and looking after the interests of disabled beneficiaries, the elderly and vulnerable.

When not working Sarah enjoys going to the theatre, travel, walking, skiing and sailing.
