Paul is a Consultant Solicitor in the Private Client team

Paul Hall has over 30 years’ experience in advising a wide range of clients on their commercial and property affairs.

Having graduated in law at Nottingham University and trained in the City, Paul joined Fairchild Greig & Wells in 1977, a long-established Lincoln’s Inn practice, which merged with Fisher Dowson & Wasbrough in 1992, later forming part of Monro Wright & Wasbrough LLP.

His work includes advising the firm’s family and trust clients on the on-going corporate and commercial legal requirements, as well as acting for young and developing businesses. He has taken great satisfaction from advising businesses from their start-up to eventual successful disposal, dealing with their constitutions, commercial and employment contracts, joint venture, and property transactions en route.

Paul’s expertise extends across our property, private client and dispute resolution teams. He has developed a specialism in advising overseas clients, both as regards their UK property and business interests as well as their ownership structures.
