Olivia is a Partner and member of the Private Client team.

Olivia Meekin joined Bishop & Sewell following the merger with Monro Wright & Wasbrough on 1st February 2021.

After graduating in Medieval and Modern History at St Andrews University in 1998, Olivia undertook a Postgraduate Diploma in Law and then the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, London. She joined Monro Wright & Wasbrough LLP’s predecessor firm, Monro Pennefather & Co, in September 2000, qualifying 2 years later. She became a Partner in the Private Client Department in 2009 and heads up the Charity Law team.

Olivia specialises in all areas of Private Client law, including the administration of Estates, Will preparation, Trust administration and Tax and Estate planning, and is a Member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners.

Olivia also advises small to medium sized charities on all aspects of Charity Law, including forming and registering charities and the administration and management of charities, and is a member of the Charity Law Association.
