Megan Minvielle is a Solicitor in the Private Client team.

Megan advises clients on succession planning, estate administration and probate matters. She also prepares Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Trust Deeds. A fluent French speaker, she is building a practice dealing with cross-border clients and estates.

Megan joined Bishop & Sewell as a Paralegal in the Private Client team in March 2020 from a firm based in south-east London. On 1st April 2022 Megan started her Training Contract in the Landlord & Tenant team followed by seats in the Family & Divorce, Private Client, and Litigation teams before qualifying in April 2024.

Megan studied French & Hispanic Studies (European Studies) at Queen Mary University of London and graduated with First Class Honours before undertaking a Masters in Cultural & Creative Industries at King’s College London. Following a dalliance with the arts and event management, Megan then completed the Graduate Diploma in Law with Commendation and the Legal Practice Course LLM with Distinction at the University of Law.
