Katie Arthur

Katie Arthur is a Paralegal in our Private Wealth team.

Katie joined Bishop & Sewell in March 2025. She has specialised in private client work for three years and brings experience in governance, pro bono initiatives, and commercial dispute resolution.

Katie graduated from the University of Brighton with a First-Class Law degree in 2021 and is currently studying for the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) alongside an LLM at The University of Law.
She assists the Private Wealth team with a broad range of matters, including estate administration, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, inheritance tax and related filings, working closely with Helen Langworthy.

In recognition of her achievements and commitment to the profession, Katie was awarded Highly Commended in the Best Newcomer/Young Practitioner of the Year category at the CILEX National Paralegal Awards 2024.
