Ionut-Florin Tihulca

Ionut-Florin Tihulca is a Solicitor in our Corporate & Commercial team.

Ionut joined Bishop & Sewell in September 2018 as a Paralegal and went on to complete his training contract in April 2022 when he also qualified in the Corporate & Commercial team.

Ionut graduated with a Masters in Law degree from the University of Westminster (with distinction) where he also completed his LPC with a distinction.

Ionut deals with all aspects of Corporate and Commercial law, with his particular areas of expertise including advising both buyers and sellers in relation to the acquisition or sale of their businesses (Mergers & Acquisitions), intra-company restructurings, company governance, financing, EMI and other types of share option schemes and EoTs. Ionut has been involved in a number of complex and high value transactions and his attention to detail and ability to identify issues and come up with practical solutions have been appreciated by our clients.
