Ionut-Florin is a Trainee Solicitor in our Corporate & Commercial and Employment teams.
Ionut joined Bishop & Sewell in September 2018 as a Paralegal in the Residential Property team. He was involved in dealing with residential sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, bridging loans, transfers of equity, auction sales and assignments of commercial leases from inception to post-completion.
Ionut became a Trainee Solicitor in April 2020 and completed his first and second seats in the Residential Property team and in the Landlord & Tenant team and completed his third seat in our Immigration team.
Ionut graduated with a Masters in Law degree from the University of Westminster where he also completed his LPC with a distinction. Ionut previously worked on a pro-bono basis in a number of legal areas such as disability benefit, housing and employment.
My interests: I enjoy reading and watching anything that is history related, playing football and producing electronic music.
Alternative career choice: I would have most likely pursued a career as a historian with a particular focus on Ancient Roman and Byzantine history.
