Harrison is a Solicitor in our Corporate & Commercial team

Harrison regularly assists clients with the following:

  • business acquisitions and disposals;
  • corporate reorganisations;
  • corporate finance (both debt and equity);
  • corporate governance;
  • joint ventures;
  • insolvency and restructuring;
  • commercial agreements; and
  • company and LLP formations.

Harrison joined Bishop & Sewell as a Paralegal in March 2017. He completed his Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, Chester in 2016, prior to which he studied law at the University of Kent, Canterbury. As part of his degree, Harrison spent a year studying both Mandarin Chinese and International Law at Southwest University of Political Science and Law in Chongqing, China. During this time he also undertook work experience at the British Chamber of Commerce and in the corporate department of an international law firm. Harrison is originally from the North West of England, but spent the majority of his childhood living overseas between Hong Kong, Shanghai and Budapest.
