Harriet Kelly

Harriet is a Trusts and Tax Manager with nearly seven years’ experience in trust administration and taxation. Prior to joining the legal sector, she worked within both a trust corporation and an accountancy firm, giving her a broad understanding of the practical, administrative and tax aspects of trust management.

She works closely with trustees, beneficiaries, and professional advisers, supporting the ongoing administration of trusts and helping to ensure compliance with their tax and reporting obligations.

Harriet’s work covers all aspects of trust administration and taxation, including annual trust tax compliance, Inheritance Tax reporting and trustee compliance matters. She has a particular interest in the taxation and administration of trusts on cessation.
