Gina Fairfax is a Consultant Solicitor and Head of Tax
Gina Fairfax joined Bishop & Sewell in 2004, from a major City firm. Her expertise covers knowledge of trusts, (administration and creation) and UK tax affecting the international individuals who own, run or are employed by the equally international corporate clients.
Gina provides the full range of private client services to individuals, such as advice on estate planning, how to structure asset holding within the family, Wills and trusts and the effects of the UK tax system.
In particular, she offers advice and planning for the application of UK taxes for clients (perhaps not originally UK nationals), who come to the UK to live and work, buy homes and set up family life.

I have four graduate daughters. They and my clients keep me fully occupied, interested and busy.
My first job: was with the Gas Board, reconciling invoices. I fondly remember the afternoon tea trolley – tea and buns brought to one’s desk every day about 3.30pm!
Proud achievement: I joined a major British engineering group and wrote and installed one of the very early computer systems, from client order materials ordering and manufacture, to dispatch and invoicing.
