Giles Stratton is a Trainee Solicitor in the Private Client team.

Giles joined the Landlord & Tenant department as a Paralegal in 2022 and assisted the entire team on a range of matters including lease extensions, collective purchases of freehold, licences to alter, and licences to assign.

Giles completed his first trainee seat with the Landlord & Tenant team and his second with the Residential Property team, in which he assisted with the conveyancing of a range of properties.
He is now in his third seat, working with our Private Client Team, where he assists the team in succession planning, estate administration and LPAs.

Giles studied History and Politics at the University of Nottingham, before studying at the University of Law in Reading, doing the GDL and later the LPC with MSc in Law, Business, and Management.

About Me

My hobbies: I enjoy travelling to sunny climes, reading a good book and watching old comedies like Yes Minister.

My alternative career choice: If I had not pursued a career in law, I would have become a journalist or gone into the world of politics.
