Giles Stratton is a Trainee Solicitor in the Residential Property team.

Giles joined the Landlord and Tenant department as a Paralegal in 2022, and has assisted the entire team on a range of matters including lease extensions, collective purchases of freehold, licences to alter, and licences to assign.

Giles has completed his first trainee seat with the Landlord & Tenant team and is now in his second seat in the Residential Property team.

Giles studied History and Politics at the University of Nottingham, before studying at the University of Law in Reading, doing the GDL and later the LPC with MSc in Law, Business, and Management.

About Me

My hobbies: I enjoy travelling to sunny climes, reading a good book and watching old comedies like Yes Minister.

My alternative career choice: If I had not pursued a career in law, I would have become a journalist or gone into the world of politics.
