Charlie is a Senior Associate in our Residential Property team

Known as the “Hound of Holborn” to the Property community, Charlie is a Senior Associate in our Residential property team. Charlie joined Bishop & Sewell in 2017 following our merger with Fisher Meredith and has over 10 years of property experience. While Charlie sits with the Residential department, he works with our Commercial and Landlord & Tenant departments as the need arises.

Charlie graduated from the University of London with a degree in philosophy before completing his law conversion, law degree and the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Guildford.

Charlie deals exclusively on complex, and/or high value matters in the London area, and the Home Counties. Charlie has a proven track record in offering concise and practical advice when dealing with prime London properties. His ability to identify and simplify complex legal issues is a trait which our clients, and other property professionals, frequently find invaluable.

Charlie also acts for several freehold blocks and estates in the central London area, advising them on day-to-day legal issues and works closely with our Landlord & Tenant team.
