Chandresh Bhatt

Chandresh Bhatt is a Senior Associate in the Commercial Property team.

Chandresh is an integral part of the Commercial property team, having specialised in property law and conveyancing since qualification. He has developed particular expertise in all aspects of conveyancing, including the sale and purchase of property portfolios, investment and property finance.

He also handles landlord and tenant work, including advising on leases, licenses and lease renewals, and gives general planning advice.

Chandresh joined Bishop & Sewell LLP in 1998, when the firm merged with Hartfield Bhatt, where he was a partner.
