Albiola Memia is an Associate Solicitor within the Private Wealth team.
She is a fully accredited member of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers, a community of specialist legal professionals committed to supporting older and vulnerable people. She is also a Dementia Friend through the Alzheimer’s Society’s Dementia Friends programme, demonstrating her commitment to understanding the challenges faced by people living with dementia and those who support them. In addition, she is an Affiliate Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, the internationally recognised professional body for trusts and estates specialists.
Albiola specialises and advises clients on all aspects of private client law, including the preparation of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Estate planning, Deeds of Variation, Trusts, Grant Extractions and the administration of both testate and intestate Estates.
She is dedicated to taking the time to understand her clients’ individual circumstances, particularly during difficult periods. She adopts a pragmatic and sensitive approach, providing clear, practical and well-considered advice to help clients navigate often complex and emotional matters with confidence.
Prior to joining the firm, Albiola advised individuals and families on a broad range of private client matters as a Private Client Solicitor at a Legal 500-ranked firm in Essex. Before this, she trained and qualified at a traditional firm in Surrey.
She holds an LLB (Hons) from Anglia Ruskin University and completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP University.
Albiola is bilingual and speaks both English and Albanian.
