Agata is a Trainee Solicitor in the Landlord & Tenant team.

Prior to Bishop & Sewell Agata worked at a West End firm specialising in both contentious and non-contentious property legal work. Agata completed her first seat as a Trainee Solicitor in the Residential Property team, her second seat in the Employment team, her third seat in the Commercial Property team and is now in the final seat.

Graduating from Middlesex University, where she held the position of Student Voice Leader, Agata’s law degree focused on Commercial Law – being of benefit to her clients with her growing Chancery practice. Following University, Agata completed her LPC and LLM with BPP Law School in 2021.

Since joining the Bishop & Sewell, Agata has worked on a variety of cases including:

  • Debt recovery claims
  • Landlord and Tenant disputes
  • Boundary disputes
  • Shareholder / Director disputes
  • Contentious Probate matters
  • Insolvency proceedings.

Agata is fluent in English and Czech with working proficiency in Polish.
