Bishop & Sewell LLP is delighted to announce the appointment of two new Partners in its latest round of promotions.
Senal Patel becomes a Partner in the Commercial Property team. Senal is a home-grown success story for the firm, having first joined the firm as a trainee in 2005. Senal is experienced in all aspects of commercial and residential property matters and works closely with landlords and tenants on commercial leases, renewals, grant of new leases, dilapidations, acquisition and disposal of business properties and refinancing. Senal has a wealth of experience across these areas and is a committed leader in her practice area.
Charles Jamieson becomes a Partner in the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution team. Charles is a highly experienced dispute resolution specialist, with a mixed Chancery practice focusing on business, property and contentious probate matters, including breaches of contract, partnership and shareholder disputes, insolvency proceedings, and landlord & tenant and property disputes.

In its latest round of promotions, Bishop & Sewell has also promoted Nicole Couzens (Residential Property) to Senior Associate, while Ionut-Florin Tihulca (Corporate & Commercial), Harrison Devany (Corporate & Commercial), Tatsiana Rao (Property Litigation and Landlord & Tenant), Lauren Fernandes (Litigation) and Luke Jenkins (Private Client) have all been promoted to Associate.
