We are delighted to announce three key promotions at Bishop and Sewell, in a move which shows the continued strength and growth of our Landlord & Tenant and Private Client teams.
Effective from 7 October 2024, Senior Associate Clare Groom becomes a General Member. A highly regarded member of the Bishop & Sewell’s Landlord & Tenant team, Clare deals with all aspects of leasehold reform legislation and practice, including freehold purchase and leasehold extension, with a particular focus on leasehold enfranchisement issues.
Private Client Associate Ben Williamson has been promoted to Senior Associate. With experience in a wide range of Private Client matters, including tax and succession planning, Wills, Estates and trusts, Ben advises a broad range of domestic and international clients ranging from individuals to business owners.
Meanwhile, solicitor Mike Romain has been promoted to Associate. Mike specialises in trust administration, including trust, personal and overseas taxation, probate applications and the administration of estates, as well as advising on and drafting wills and lasting powers of attorneys.
