Bishop & Sewell LLP will attend the White Label Expo in London continuing to build its networks with businesses and organisations operating in the fast-growing ecommerce sector, with a particular focus on Amazon FBA businesses.

To be held at London’s ExCeL exhibition and conference centre on 28 February and 1 March, the White Label Expo will bring together more than 7,000 delegates and 500 exhibitors representing organizations and businesses at the heart of ecommerce and online retail.

Andrew Kavanagh, a Partner and member of the firm’s highly-regarded Corporate & Commercial team, said: “The White Label Expo offers a unique opportunity to meet businesses in the fast-growing ecommerce sector, particularly Amazon FBA businesses.

“There are now more than 9.5 million Amazon sellers globally, 73% of which use ‘Fulfilment by Amazon’ (FBA) to sell to their customers.   Amazon’s popularity, enormous traffic and intuitive methods of parting us with our cash create significant opportunities for ecommerce brands looking to target sales growth in a competitive market.

“With sellers typically seeing a 20-25% increase in sales after adopting FBA, such businesses are attractive to investors, and we’re seeing high demand for legal advice driven by the increase in mergers and acquisitions in the sector by Amazon aggregators and other parties.

“Our specialist solicitors have a wealth of experience advising clients in the e-commerce sector with a focus on Amazon FBA businesses. Bishop & Sewell can advise on the legal aspects of the sale or purchase of an Amazon FBA business which can save investors and sellers time and help them minimise liability to the other party.”

Bishop and Sewell’s delegation will include Partners Andrew Kavanagh and David Little and Solicitors Harrison Devany and Ionut-Florin Tihulca, all from the firm’s Corporate & Commercial team.

Delegates to the White Label Expo can visit Bishop & Sewell’s stand (WL1681) to discuss their requirements and learn more about the firm’s expertise in the Amazon FBA sector.
