Mark Chick is running the panel session at the end of this event. The focus is likely to be a discussion of a number of ‘real world implications’ of any change in the deferment rate. This is likely to be based on changing world economic data and also looking at the recent Leasehold Reform (Ground Rent) Act 2022 and its potential ramifications for the world of leasehold reform and its impact on freehold valuations.
