Mark Chick, Senior Partner and Head of the Landlord and Tenant team and  Chris Macartney, Partner, discussed key issues currently faced by owners of flats and leasehold houses at the first of a planned series of webinars.

Mark and Chris outlined key points of potential reform and helped leaseholders understand the options open to them and what might be the best course of action.

Leaseholders were offered the chance to ask their questions, and topics covered included the implications of a falling lease length, ground rents and service charges, and the current position for Aviva and Persimmon leaseholders.
