With Brexit around the corner, there is still considerable uncertainty about what the future holds for EU citizens living in the UK. For now, the clearest statement of the government’s intentions is Appendix EU of the Immigration Rules, which places its proposals for EU citizens on a statutory footing.

This webinar is intended to provide a comprehensive overview of Appendix EU for those unfamiliar with its contents. In addition, it will look at practicalities, such as timing and procedure, to equip delegates with the tools to advise clients affected by Brexit and Appendix EU.
