Mark Chick will be chairing the annual MBL Leasehold Enfranchisement Conference 2018 to be held at the Grange City Hotel. Mark commented as follows:
“2018 is shaping up to be an exciting time in residential leasehold with the responses to the Government consultation on Tackling Unfair Practices in the Leasehold Market and the Law Commission reporting currently on leasehold houses and ground rent for residential leaseholds.
