This week, Bishop & Sewell hosted the ALEP working group party on leasehold reform who are in the process of responding to the Law Commission’s current consultation on the 13th Programme of Law Reform as it relates to the leasehold sector.
We welcomed delegates from a number of the leading firms in this area.
The consultation closes on 31st October 2016 and ALEP will be collating responses from members in the run up to this. Watch this space for further developments from the ALEP working group.
