Senal is an Associate Solicitor in our Commercial Property team

Senal Patel is experienced in all aspects of commercial and residential property matters.

Senal works closely with landlords and tenants on commercial leases, renewals, grant of new leases, dilapidations, acquisition and disposal of business properties and refinancing. She also deals with the acquisition and disposal of properties at auction and gives general planning advice.

She joined Bishop & Sewell in 2005 as a Trainee Solicitor and on qualification in 2007, she joined the Commercial Property team.
