Clare is a Senior Associate in our Landlord & Tenant team

Clare Groom joined the firm in 2009 as a paralegal and has since trained at Bishop & Sewell LLP, joining the Landlord & Tenant team on qualification in 2013.

As a solicitor in that team she is gaining experience and developing her expertise in dealing with all aspects of leasehold reform legislation and practice, including freehold purchase and leasehold extension. She has particular expertise in leasehold enfranchisement issues. Clare acts for both landlords and tenants.
