Charlotte is a Partner and Senior Solicitor in our Residential Property team

Charlotte Archer specialises in the sale, purchase and refinance of high value leasehold and freehold properties. She also has experience of the lease extension process gained whilst working in our Landlord & Tenant team

Charlotte trained and worked initially at a Surrey law firm, before joining Bishop & Sewell in 2012. She spent six months working in our Landlord & Tenant team, gaining experience of the lease extension process. She is able to bring the expertise and experience gained there to the residential property team and her clients, when acting on complex leasehold transactions.
