Immigration Paralegal – Full time, Permanent – Immediate Start

The purpose of the role is to assist the solicitors in the Immigration Team in a range of admin and chargeable activities. The role will enable the solicitors, through effective delegation of support tasks, to undertake additional work and to increase the proportion of their time spent on more complex legal matters.

Private Client Paralegal

An opportunity has arisen to a full-time paralegal, initially for a one year contract, to join the Private Client team, but who will also be willing to assist other teams when required. The successful candidate will be required to undertake estate administration and be involved in Court of Protection work, including applications for Lasting Powers of Attorney. They must have excellent written and spoken English and a minimum of 3 years experience in the relevant areas.

Paralegal

Bishop & Sewell LLP are looking for a paralegal to assist in the Landlord and Tenant team. The position would suit someone who has completed the academic stage of training or a recent graduate. The post will involve general support work and document preparation. Applicants must have excellent written and spoken English, good typing skills and be generally IT literate. Experience of working in a client-facing environment would also be an advantage although not essential.

Office Administrator (Maternity Cover)

Hours: 7:30am – 3:30pm

We are looking to recruit an Office Administrator for a one year maternity contract.

The role requires a highly organised individual with excellent attention to detail who will provide a high quality service to the firm as part of a team.

Duties include:

  • Opening the DX and post
  • Providing a photocopying service of legal documents and bundles
  • Managing the archiving process to include vacating files and accurately inputting information to the Iron Mountain system
  • Responsible for stocktaking and ordering the firm’s stationery to ensure there is always an adequate supply
  • Will be required to provide holiday/emergency cover and support for reception and client care
