We are looking to recruit an IT Officer to deal with all IT technical calls and offer support and solutions.
They will need to assist with software, intranet and internet upgrades and be responsible for establishing and maintaining the computer, server and linked devices. Also required is the ability to configure desktops for staff moves and to procure and set up computers for joiners. The individual will need to be an expert in MS Office, including Excel and have network infrastructure experience and be prepared to assist with any problems with electronic equipment such as photocopiers and printers.
