Other members of the teams dealt with enquiries from leaseholders at what was a well-attended event and the panel discussed a number of interesting issues including the regulation of managing agents, the number of leasehold properties in England and Wales and the impact of the Competition and Markets Authority’s review of this sector.

The FPRA held an open meeting prior to their AGM where the speakers included Keith Hill MP talking about the impact of the ARMA-Q scheme for managing agents.
