The ALEP Spring Conference takes place at the Royal Institution on Tuesday 24 March 2015. Mark Chick will be speaking with Jennifer Ellis of Langley Taylor on the subject of ‘the Middleman’s Tale’ a look at the position of intermediate landlords and in particular their position following the decision in Howard De Walden v Accordway and Kateb [2014] UKUT 0486 (LC).
